I'm not sure I understand what your concern is. You're worried because her nipples are sore? Are you worried that she may be pregnant? If she's on the pill and you used a condom the risk is very, very small. The sore nipples probably have to do with her menstrual cycle. It can happen when you ovulate or about to get your period. I don't think the soreness has anything to do with the tanning or penicillin. I don't think she has anything to worry about.
