My pool is green and we just got our filter cleaned, should i put algaecide in it?

We just got our filter cleaned yesterday and my pool is still green. We've cleaned all the sides and the bottom to get the green off but it keeps coming back. Also, the chemical levels are good. Should I shock or put algaecide in it? What do I do?!
