Would she mind if I pray in her store?

I work at this mall at a kart and I am a muslim girl. some muslim people own a store theyre from egypt. I only have to pray 2 times while at work. I went there today and she turned off the music for me and it barely took me 10 mins to finish. Would she mind if I do that or would she suspect because my brother used to work with an indian guy and would pray and he thought my brother was doing black magic because he was really superstitious. should I say my late prayers like I used to at home or should I keep going to her store to pray? please need answers?
