You are in shock, and will start feeling it all trust me. All you can do is either work it out or move on, and don't look back. Some says its hard, but when you look into reality it is easy especially in these type of situations it goes to show it was all a game...and if you never feel it then you was no never interested anyways, and he probably got a hang of it.
