How to get rid of possessed toy? ?

It sounds crazy but last night I had the weird urge to make a stuffed monkey, so I made one out of cloth and socks and stuffing. Ever sense I made it weird stuff has been happening. Like 3 light bulbs have went out when I turn them on and we got a really bad storm last night while I was making it. I'm not superstitious but I can't get this weird feeling away from me.. And I think it's the monkey... Coincidence or possessed toy? If it is possessed (witch would be crazy) how do get rid of it properly? Thanksxx
